He came to belpre, ohio, in 1950, to be an electrician in the construction industry.
He worked construction for many years, helping to build many of the industrial plants in the midohio valley.
He also lived in new york city for a period of time, proudly working on the construction of the united nations building.
He left construction and joined e.
Dupont at washington works where he became electrical and instrumentation foreman until his retirement in 1985.
Wayne was an accomplished wood craftsman in his retirement.
He was a member of masonic lodge 609 and the belpre shrine club.
He also had been a member of the order of eastern star 541, where he served as worthy patron.
He is survived by sons, gary w.
Wiles and mark c.
Wiles, and daughter, paula k.
Four greatgrandchildren and two greatgreatgrandsons also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, virginia wiles; sisters, dortha blosser and nancy lusebrink; and grandson, roger d sellers ii.

Thursday at leavitt funeral home in belpre with pastor david hubbard officiating.
Burial will follow in fairview memory gardens.
