The husqvarna met these requirements.
I thought, i ordered on line because there are no dealers close, i live in a rural area.
Ordered on line and tiller arrived faster that expected.
I checked the engine no where was country of origin mentioned.
I assembled checked oil gassed and fired it up.
Started on 2nd pull.
Put it to work for an hour in my garden and it worked well, had lots of power.
Only time will tell if engine holds up.
One other concern was tiller has no throttle control on handle you have to go to engine to change engine speed.
I solved that problem by adding a throttle cable to handles.
